NYC: Residents Complain of Resurgence of Graffiti in Several NYC Communities

According to the NYPD, the number of graffiti complaints citywide in 2015 is up 15 percent from last year. Meanwhile, arrests for graffiti are down 10 percent compared with last year.
The de Blasio administration is having an effect already.

Interesting that the article focuses on graffiti rather than on the return of mentally ill and drug addicted homeless people on the streets, and young toughs on the subways – you know, real stuff that’s been coverrd on their rival, WABC for months.
