TSA did not lose the laptop – Clear, the company that does Registered Traveler, lost it at their facilities. People don’t sign up for Registered Traveler at TSA – they go through a private sector vendor, in this case, Clear. Clear has found the computer and says it was misplaced, not lost or stolen.

Hey bonehead, before you go making such strong statements, you should do your homework and actually read the news. The TSA did not lose this computer. “Clear”, the contractor lost the computer.

Didn’t say they lost the computer, I said they were incompetent, which they are.
Looks like you need to touch up your own reading skills a little before you go calling other people names.
While you’re at it, give us some incidents that reflect the competence and excellent customer service provided by the TSA. Take your time. We can wait.

Hey Tim, look at the title. TSA Loses Laptops… To me, that looks like you’re saying the TSA lost laptops. And furthermore, it was a laptop. Not laptops… Are you sure you don’t work for CNN?

The title comes from the news article, not from me. Sorry if you can’t tell the difference — looks like you didn’t bother to read it either, so I fail to see what your problem is with me. Let me know if we’re going too fast for you here.
