Cornell Student Government Removes 2 for Not Voting to Defund Police

16th December 2020

Read it.

The Student Assembly on Dec. 8 removed Annie Gleiberman for voting against a resolution to disarm the university’s police department, saying she condoned “acts of racism, physical aggression, and emotional violence” by voting against the resolution.

And when a fellow executive rep, Morgan Baker, said she wouldn’t vote for it either — becoming a procedural block because a unanimous vote was needed — members temporarily removed her to get to a unanimous tally, The Washington Free Beacon reported.

Did some work at Cornell years ago. What a messed up place! They built a library, but decided that it needed to be mostly underground to keep from ruining the view of campus. They dug down and hit a spring that flowed so much water that they couldn’t figure out how to pipe it away. Because artificial lighting is “so terrible”, they designed light pipes to bring light from the roof down to the lower levels. They have a school for restaurant management, and got money from Nelson Rockefeller to build a hotel for them to run. But they screwed up the building so badly that most of the doors wouldn’t open or close. Rockefeller had planned to send millions of dollars worth of his art collection there, but changed his mind when he saw the disaster of a building. 99% of their problems are because they’re so busy trying to be “woke” and “PC” that they can’t deal with actual reality.
