There’s a fortune to be made for someone who designs an app to find idiots like this. Law firms would be lined up to buy copies.

Maybe a commercial on late-night (and daytime) TV: “Hurt in an accident? Don’t wait, click on the ‘I fell down and I need a lawyer’ app. It’s tied in with your phone’s GPS so that in minutes swarms of attorneys will at your location…”
