More important, fake narratives are slightly different from plain fake news. Fake narratives don’t lie outright. Instead, they mislead readers into biases that make it hard for them to develop an awareness of the truth.

For instance, a number of media figures sent out tweets last week to the effect that Kyle Rittenhouse had crossed a state line with an automatic weapon to a city he had no connection with and gunned down three black peaceful protesters.

I doubt that they were knowingly trying to convince their readers that Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreutz were African-Americans. Instead, they couldn’t remember the facts because they were inconvenient for the Narrative. They had absorbed from their colleagues’ articles a worldview in which, of course, all that stuff virtually had to be true, so why would they need to fact-check the way they remember the story? That they got so much embarrassingly wrong would imply that their picture of the world is based on low-brow hate and fallacies, and that can’t possibly be: They’re media professionals!

The College Board, the organization that runs the SAT exams, has announced that they will no longer be giving SAT subject exams. That will be a problem for home schooled students who want a way of convincing colleges to admit them, especially for ones who hope to be accepted by an elite school. Home schooled students don’t have high school grades or teachers’ recommendations; unless they have some extraordinary accomplishment to show, publishing a novel or winning a national chess championship, they largely depend on objective tests to convince schools to accept them.

The replacement suggested by the College Board in its explanation of the change is the AP exam. Home schooled students take AP exams by finding a local school willing to let them do so. Assuming they can do so, there is still a problem. The AP exam, with a score range of of 1-5, is not nearly as good a way for student to prove his ability as an SAT exam with a score range of 200-800. One percent of students got an 800 on the Literature SAT, 9.3% a 5 on the English language and literature AP. 3% got an 800 on the American History SAT, 13% a 5 on the United States History AP. An 800 on either exam is much stronger evidence of a student’s knowledge than a 5 on the corresponding AP exam.

California Governor Gavin Newsom recently signed into law Assembly Bill 101, making California the first state to require ethnic studies for all high school students. Though cloaked in soothing language about freedom from bias and bigotry, the bill’s history, purpose, and implementing regulations give cause for concern.

The law, which will go into effect on January 1, requires all public high schools and charter schools to offer a one semester course in ethnic studies by the 2025-2026 school year and establishes it as a prerequisite to graduation in 2030.

Prior to statewide adoption, the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Oakland school boards voted to impose ethnic studies as a high school graduation requirement. Ethnic studies is also a graduation requisite at California community colleges, the California State University system, and some University of California campuses. In 2017, Oregon passed a law ordering that ethnic studies concepts be integrated into existing social studies courses for K-12 students. The California law differs by requiring a dedicated course.

Below is my column in The Hill on the aftermath of Rittenhouse verdict and how the jury functioned as design to rule on the evidence and the law rather than public passions. Many have called for self-defense laws to be curtailed in light of the verdict. We can certainly have that debate. However, this jury was tasked with applying these facts to existing law. They did not have the luxury of reframing the legal standard to achieve their own concept of justice.

This view of the world is behind the censorship regime. The unsophisticated make the error in thinking that the motive behind it is fear of their facts and reason. “They are afraid of our message” is a popular slogan in certain quarters. This is true only in that the Left thinks people lack agency and can easily be manipulated into rebellion or violence. That is what lies behind the claim that language is violence. They assume everyone does what they are told.

In the Charlottesville circus trial this was part of the plaintiff’s case. They brought in the equivalent of tarot card readers to explain the secret messages between members of the alt-right organizers. These so-called experts explained the secret meanings of the jokes and memes and then explained how they are calls to violence. At the heart of this is the assumption that humans lack agency and are so suggestible that they will become savage at the sound of certain words.

Magic word theory can probably be placed alongside magic dirt theory and magic shape theory in the domain of left-wing magic. Magic dirt theory is the claim that the soil upon which one stands controls your actions in some mystical way. People born on bad dirt turn out bad, while people born on magic dirt get all the breaks. Magic shape theory claims that metal and plastic shaped into something scary like certain types of guns makes people violent or suicidal.

But free people have a way of self-organizing solutions to their problems, and one of the more inspiring examples is the ‘Buy Nothing Project,’ through which members give or lend unneeded things to their neighbors. Think Craigslist without the asking prices.

One of the great innovations in American politics introduced by libertarians is the ability to turn the sidelines into the moral high ground. In order to avoid taking on the Left, especially with regards to morality, libertarians became expert at finding a neutral position that worked like a cloaking device. Because the libertarian position offered no threat to the Left, the Left ignored it. This allowed libertarians to pretend to oppose radicalism while never threatening it.

This cloaking strategy took the form of them finding some “principled position” that was often so unrealistic that it did not bear considering. A good example is the homosexual marriage debate. Normal people understood that what the crazies were doing was attacking the very concept of the family. The exclusivity of family offends the core concepts of the open society. Reducing marriage to a handshake agreement open to anyone eliminates its exclusivity.

Instead of confronting the reality of this, libertarians took the position that the state should have no interest in marriage at all. In other words, the libertarian answer to the assault on the institution of marriage was to advocate the elimination of the legal concept of marriage entirely. This allowed them to subtly agree with the Left while claiming to stand on some abstract principle. The libertarian moral high ground was just a way to stand on the sidelines and do nothing.

In light of the recent Kyle Rittenhouse verdict, one thing is clear, both the UK and US need a Rittenhouse law.

Since the verdict the Left-wing media have continued to push outright lies about the trial. Politicians, journalists and activists have been quick to peddle more lies and deliberately ignore the facts presented in court.

Make no mistake, this has angered the establishment in America, a white boy defended himself and dared to fight back against rioting hordes who were using the BLM organisation as a cover for their savagery. They were trying to burn a city down to the ground, cause billions of dollars worth of damage and potentially kill people. Kyle Rittenhouse had the sheer audacity to object and rush to help the rioters’ victims – and his own family – who were stuck in the middle of that nightmare.

Standing up to the mob is not allowed, the Left have spent years trying to disarm the Right. Once that happens no one is safe from the mob. Kyle Rittenhouse’s actions are exactly what they fear… Someone being able to fight back against them and their evil actions.

The Rittenhouse Act should make post-court analysis legally accountable. Anybody who takes to media (including Social Media) after a trial and presents “facts” that contradict what appeared in court should face a contempt of court charge. This constant Left-wing disinformation campaign about everyone and everything must be stopped in its tracks. They will attack, bully, smear and torment those who do not toe the line and submit to their dictatorial ways.

Convinced of its superior moral vision and divine duty, the Elect displays humorless fanaticism and demands total allegiance.

The more you read about our tax code, the more one point becomes absolutely clear: The American tax code was not written to generate revenue for our government. If you wanted to raise money to fund government activities, this is not at all how you would do it. In fact, our tax code is impossible to understand – it makes no sense. Well, it makes no sense unless you look at it as a means of controlling American citizens, businesses, and industry. Unless viewed through the lens of control, our tax code makes no sense whatsoever. Some conspiracy theorists go so far as to suggest that it’s not about taxes or revenue at all, it’s all about control.

I have not been paying as close attention to this story as might be.

It was not until today that I learned what the attentive knew from the first day: Kyle Rittenhouse was at the gas station his grandparents owned, when rioters lit a dumpster on fire, and rolled it toward the gas pumps, in an attempt to ignite the petrol tanks, or explode them.

When he moved toward the dumpster fire with a fire extinguisher was when he was brutally attacked by three criminals: a child-rapist, a wifebeater, and a communist agitator. Two are felons, one had his felony burglary charge expunged from the record.

Jojo Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender who was out on bond for a domestic abuse battery accusation. Huber was a felon convicted in a strangulation case who was recently accused of domestic abuse. Grosskreutz from the violent activist group “The People’s Revolution” a was scofflaw convicted of misdemeanor firearm use while intoxicated; he was armed with a handgun on the fatal night, which, unlike Rittenhouse, he was carrying illegally.

To this day, the enemy and the servants of the enemy slander the heroic youth as a member of a Nazi militia roaming from state to state with illegal weapons, hunting and shooting sad-eyed and helpless minorities.

This is not an error occasioned by mischance, ignorance, or oversight. It is a satanic evil.
