Or maybe not. It will always be cheaper to farm the free dirt that’s already there instead of creating a capital-intensive artificial habitat — unless the government gets involved, of course; I see ‘wasted taxpayer money’ written all over this thing, comely though it may be.
I’m also picturing what a jihadist with an airplane or a truck bomb could do to these things. It ain’t pretty.
