As I lollygagged around the packed convention floor at the Eastman Gun Show in Gainesville, GA amid thousands of guns and what seemed like millions of bullets, it occurred to me that I’ve never heard of a mass shooting at a gun show.
Funny how that is.

Remember the “mall shooting” a couple weeks ago? Surprised that only a couple of people were shot? It’s not been in the media (surprise!) but the reason is that a guy with a concealed permit pulled his weapon. When the shooter saw it, he ducked down a hall and shot himself.
The movie theater shooter? Went past 6 theaters on his way to one that was posted to prevent legal firearm owners from carrying on the premises.
