This news clip from Australian TV reports the latest official crime statistics for Victoria, which show that African immigrants, particularly those from Somalia and Sudan, are responsible for an overwhelmingly disproportionate number of crimes in their adopted home.
The only conclusion that can possibly be drawn? These newscasters are racists.
Because Muslim is a race, you see. Didn’t know that? Just read the papers or watch TV.

If the perpetrators are from Sudan and Somalia, what do you think the chances are that they’re black?
In which case, race could be construed as a factor. But I agree with you; Muslims are a ‘race’ in the same sense that Jews are a ‘nation’. I.e., not.

Very little, since Sudanese and Somalians are Nilotic rather than Negroid, and the latter is what most people mean by the euphemism ‘black’ (and don’t get me started on ‘African-American’). The racists of the American Left would call them ‘brown’ and accept that as good enough for ‘progressive’ hate speech, but they’re no browner than New World Latinos (or Old World Arabs, for that matter).

I’m sure your niceties and hair-splitting are very meaningful to the Aussies, who consider everybody not of European stock as being ‘black’, including the Aborigines.
