Manhunt on for Baltimore Cop Killer After Homicide Detective Dies in Hospital

Detective Sean Suiter, 43, was shot Wednesday evening when he exited his vehicle to speak with a suspect, the Baltimore Post-Examiner reported. The FBI is offering a $69,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the unnamed suspect, who police described as a black man in a black jacket with white stripes on the sleeves, according to Police Commissioner Kevin Davis.
