The fact that Jeb Bush is even considered a viable candidate tells you all you need to know about the sorry state of the GOP.

No more than the fact that Hillary Clinton is considered a viable candidate says something pitiable about the Dems. And although I’d like to see more seasoning on the GOP crop of governors, that there are some governors to consider puts the GOP well ahead of where it was a few years ago.
Not that I’m excited.

To be fair, Hillary is a far, far better choice (for anything) than Elizabeth Warren. Jeb is a far better candidate than John McCain. (Pretty much anybody not clinically insane is a better candidate than McCain.) Gov. Christie is being pushed hard by the MSM, but I see him as “that-guy-you-don’t-want-to-follow-in-the-buffet-line”.
I was at a gun show a few months back (Yes, I still cling) and I couldn’t help but notice that many vehicles in the parking lot sported bumper stickers supporting Cruz and Carson. Apparently all those Tea Party, redneck, lily-white, gun-totin’, Bible-thumpin’, Texas crackers forgot to check on their candidates’ racial/ethnic backgrounds before putting the stickers on their F-150s.
