Every now and then, though, common sense breaks out.<\/p>\n<p>One of the reasons that private charity cannot handle taking care of the needy in the modern world is that it is loaded down with oppressive and nonsensical government regulations, government not being fond of competition and wanting to reduce the citizenry to dependence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Read it.
