My best guess is because their Uncle Ruslan, was, for four years, the son-in-law of CIA insider Graham E. Fuller, the former CIA station chief in Kabul. Uncle Ruslan is a D.C. lawyer involved in negotiating energy deals in Central Asia. If Chechnya ever breaks away from Russia and becomes an American client state, Uncle Ruslan would be a reasonable candidate for Minister of Energy in the new state.<\/p>\n<p>This is not to say that the Boston Marathon Bombing was a false flag or a Washington operation, but that there remain a lot of interesting questions about who let in the Bomb Brothers and why.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I should like to point out that the younger of the two is still alive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Steve Sailer.
