It’s 2017. Why Does American Medicine Still Run on Fax Machines?

I’ve often wondered that myself. It must be the high quality of the resulting documents.
Even more odd is how real estate, banking, and stock brokers still work on fax machines. Everybody with a smartphone can scan a document to a PDF, and then e-mail it. Time to get with the program.
