‘Defend Europe’ Militia Sets Sail In The Mediterranean To Chase Migrants

A citizen militia called “Defend Europe” is about to set sail in the Mediterranean to track down migrants and return them to Libya.
I was wondering when this would start. When a government fails to undertake its basic mission to enforce its own laws, inhabitants will form ad-hoc groups to do so. Commonly tagged with the cacophemism ‘vigilante’, this always happens.
