NYT Columnist Encourages IRS Agents to Commit Felony by Leaking Trump’s Taxes

6th March 2017

Read it.

A New York Times columnist is encouraging IRS employees to commit a felony by leaking Donald Trump’s tax returns to his newspaper.

“If you’re in IRS and have a certain president’s tax return that you’d like to leak, my address is: NYT, 620 Eighth Ave, NY NY 10018,” Nicholas Kristof wrote on Twitter on Sunday.

‘Journalists’, especially those in the DemLegHump Media, have never considered that the laws that apply to everybody else apply to them as well.

I doubt that this is a wise move with Jeff Sessions as AG. Kristoff just might wind up behind bars.

*shrug* A tempest in a teacup over a statement deliberately misread and misinterpreted.
Kristoff didn’t CALL for them to be released, he simply put his name out as a recipient IF they were considering leaking them.
News is a competitive business; it’s good to let people know you’re available if they need someone.

Not unlike Trump suggesting that if the Russians were thinking of hacking someone, Hillary’s emails might be up a target to consider. I didn’t hear you saying then that HE should be behind bars (although he should, but for entirely different reasons).
