I am curious as to why these homeowner’s associations try to pull this sort of thing. Surely they know that it can only attract bad publicity and make them look like assholes.

    I find it curious that the Right is all about Following The Rules…until the Rules conflict with something they like.

    I find it curious that the Left is all about Breaking Immoral Rules … until doing so serves some morality other than their own.
