Palin Stops at Chick-fil-A, Left Responds With Misogyny and Sexism
29th July 2012
The tweets highlighted in the post were not even the worst of them. As has become typical when Palin is attacked from the left, the attacks quickly become mysogynistic, sexualized, and sexist, with the “C” word liberally thrown in by women as well as men.
Yet again proving that the Let are the primo haters of all time. But you knew that.

Bad link (in fact, its the title). Also, I’m pretty sure “left” is spelled with an “F”.
I’ll never understand why Palin sets off leftists like she does. Seriously.
I also fail to understand why the concept of free speech and freedom of religion don’t apply to Chick-fil-A, in the tiny minds of the left.
Talking about it makes me hungry for a Chick-fil-A chicken-strip salad. Mmmmmm!

Palin is a member of the ‘smart redneck’ class—basically the same as the Second Sigma but with redneck sensibilities and more spatial and quantitative intelligence than verbal. The urban Second Sigma and the rural Smart Redneck are natural enemies. They’ve always hated each other.

If Palin is so smart, why doesn’t she know anything?

Dennis,
Palin knows about as much as the typical person in the 115-130 IQ bracket—with a lot moreso on oil and energy related topics and less about SWPL shibboleths. Most politicians at the national level are in this bracket.

She didn’t know that Saddam Hussein wasn’t behind the 9/11 attacks, and that’s only one of the many things of which she was ignorant prior to the McCain campain, information that even a cursory acquaintance with news media would have informed her about. That’s less, in my opinion, than the ‘typical’ person in the 115-130 IQ bracket, or even in the 100-115 bracket.

Dennis,
Most people, frankly up to around the 130 IQ level, are pretty much ignorant as to the ‘flavors’ of Islam and the various quasi-Islamic dictators and such in the Middle East.
The reality in the ME is very muddy. Saddam, despite being a heretic from the AQ perspective, nevertheless occasionally threw bones their way. So too did lots of other governments from that region.
You’re overestimating by far how much a typical person knows.
It’s probably more correct to say that Saudi Arabia was behind the attack, in that one of the factions that they periodically buy off to keep the peace in their nation got a bit too uppity and had to be disowned. But even that is a serious oversimplication.

None of which explains why Palin didn’t know who actually pulled the trigger and who didn’t.
She’s either blissfully oblivious, or not as smart as you think.

Dennis,
I don’t consider the Second Sigma all that smart to be honest. But they’re smarter than most of the population, and most of them don’t have a clear idea who to blame for 9/11. For her political purposes, blaming Sadam was/is as good as anything else.
Nobody but the far right and the far left actually blames the Saudis, because such isn’t very politically useful or comfortable.
