Have You Accepted Mitt Romney as Your Personal Candidate and Savior?

Jay Nordlinger has.

If you’re a conservative, perhaps you’ve had this same experience: In the past few weeks, several people have said to me, “Have you made your peace with Romney? Have you accepted him as the nominee? Are you resigned to him?” My answer is: I actually look forward to his nomination. And to his candidacy in the general. And to his presidency.

    I haven’t, I can’t, and I won’t.

I have noticed that his supporters get very upset when you attach the term “RINO” to him.

I wonder how much regional influence there is in support for the various Republican candidates. Romney seems to do well in the North, while I see little or no support for him in Texas.

Romney is a conservative. He is the candidate most likely to conserve Obama’s bold policy advances.

ErisGuy, you made my day with that observation!
