Read it. I find the prospect of New York City having to subsist on its own tax revenues rather entertaining. I predict an annual population shift of over ten percent as rich people moved out and welfare cases moved in — after all, you can enjoy all the benefits of NYC from Greenwich or Montclair almost as easily as from Sutton Place, and if the tax differential is significant, well….
