A material made from wood pulp is FIVE times stronger than steel but weighs 80 per cent less, according to researchers in Japan.

    I’ll believe it when they produce some working prototypes. Remember “cold fusion”?

    Of course it won’t be long before some Kalifornia folks point out that somehow hemp would be a better car building material than wood.

    Ultimately, a solar and cold fusion powered train made of hemp will become a Kalifornia bond issue.
