    There’s a difference between disorganization and fraud.
    Just ask Jared Kushner; it’s the reason President Orange’s campaign couldn’t possibly have coordinated with the Russians–they were too incompetent.

    So I suppose your argument is that President Semi-Black’s coordination with the Russians (‘Tell Vlad I’ll have more flexibility after the election.’) is proof of his competence?
